Emails are became very important, more than backing up documents. If you’re are a Gmail’s user I found this backup tool that let you backup and restore your emails.
Gmail Backup is aimed to backup and restore of your GMail mailbox. You will need to activate the IMAP access to your mailbox, to do so, please open your GMail settings and under POP/IMAP tab activate this option.
It’s worth running pages through a text-only browser, or text-browser emulator to see what e.g. a blind person using a text-to-speech converter will encounter. It will help you pick up on badly chosen or missing ALT texts for example. It also shows you the site pretty much as a search engine will see it. Incidentally the Opera browser has a built-in text-browser emulator.

Ditto is a tool that every windows users should have. It is an extension to the standard windows clipboard. It saves each item placed on the clipboard allowing you access to any of those items later. Ditto allows you to save any type of information that can be put on the clipboard, text, images, html and other. You can configure a keyboard shortcut that opens a window with all the things copied.
Ditto is free and it can be downloaded here, it has also a 64bit version and a portable one.
Collabtive – Open Source Collaboration is an open source project manager written in php and Javascript. You can download the sources and upload it to your server.
I started differents projects and for each one I need to have a to do list and an overview of the state.
I uploaded Collabtive into my server I start using it. I found it very simple to use, easy to install and graphically nice. One interesting feature is the ability to creates different tasklist for every projects, like: to do, fixes or new features. For every tasklist you can create task, for each one you have to set a title and a “due date”, the thing that is missing is a priority level.
Collabtive project management it’s not perfect but satisfies all my needs, I recommend it to everyone.
EXtplorer is a PHP and JavaScript based File Manager. It has a directory tree with asynchronous loading of subdirectories with which you can move, copy or delete file and directories. It let you create or extract archives, the fastes way to upload multiple file. You can also manage different users with different permission levels.
